Welcome to the Sabattus Food Pantry

We will never turn anyone looking for food away. Our Food Pantry is designed to primarily serve residents of Sabattus, Litchfield, Wales, Leeds, Greene, Monmouth, Lisbon, and Lisbon Falls.

We do not have income limits - we do not know your particular circumstances.

If you feel that you need help with food please come by.

On arrival please park on the left side of the drive way and make your way to the back of the building.
You may have to wait in line - but it should move fairly quickly.
Upon entry, just mention that it is your first visit and sign a quick form.

After that, our volunteers will walk you through the process and guide you through your first visit.

Our pantry allows you to choose what you need (with some preselected items).

We try to provide an assortment of food and we source our food from Good Shepherd Food Bank and we also receive regular donations from Hannaford Supermarkets - as well as donations from other businesses.

We strive to have fresh produce, bread, frozen foods, and other shelf-stable goods available to choose from.

Please be aware that items may have a limit on the amount you can select.

You are welcome to come to our food pantry once per week - on any of our days or times.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer deliveries.
If you can’t make it during the regular hours and are in need please contact our office.

In the event of winter weather that results in the cancellation or remote learning for RSU 4 - the food pantry will also be closed. All closures will also be announced on this website via an announcement bar.
